Annunciation Catholic School Jog-A-Thon

On Friday Corbin's school had their annual Jog-a-thon race. All the kids are asked to get donations for the school and then they have one hour to do as many laps as they can to "earn" their money. Corbin's goal was 12 laps and he did amazing and actually ended up doing 16 which was four miles! He was the only one in his kindergarten class to do that many. I started walking with Hunter but after about thirty minutes he had enough of the stroller and wanted to walk/run. Hunter ended up walking four laps (a mile) all by himself without stopping. They were both so darn cute doing their laps.

The boys were all getting "set" to run (the race didn't start for another five minutes but they were so excited).

Hunter was having a blast watching the kids do their warm-ups.

And they're off - they started the 8th graders and staggered down to pre-K.

There were parent volunteers making marks on the kid's cards pinned to their backs to keep track of their laps.
Look at that stride!
Hunter was exhausted that night - he could barely keep his eyes open while I read to him.

He was having a hard time keeping his eyes open while I took the picture but he still said "cheese".
