The Birthday Girls
The girls having fun!Our good friends Caryn and Christie just celebrated their birthdays last week so as a way to celebrate we had an adult night out (otherwise our first time all together without kids). We had an awesome time. First we all went to Buffalos for dinner and got to celebrate with a special desert and song for them - then we all went to The Comedy Zone for a few hours of laughs - which was followed by a trip to Harmonious Monks where they were able to get a few drinks (of course Kate and I couldn't partake in the drinks because we're pregnant - but it was more fun being sober so we could watch everyone). The bar was hilarious because they actively encourage the crowd to dance on the bar, the tables/benches, and the stage - every table comes with a tambourine and the waiters/waitresses and bartenders all take turns singing different songs.
